Meet the Owners

Golden Bear RV Park is currently owned by the Harding family through their company Camino Properties. 
In 2020, the Harding's found themselves escaping the California valley smoke. It was then that they absolutely fell in love with the Klamath area. 

 

Willie and Kathleen Koolstra, the owners of Golden Bear for more than 24 years, had decided to take a break from RV parks and listed it for sale. This led to a win-win change over in ownership for both families. The Harding's had been an RV family for many years and wish to continue to foster the simple, family friendly atmosphere that the Koolstra's had created here at Golden Bear.
